Excellent place to be with family and pets, close to the beach and with places to eat. We really enjoyed the stay , the arrival is very easy and everything is accessible, we will definitely book again when we return to Tecolutla.

David's house & property go right down to the beach. So, you can chill out in a hammock, sit in his (small) pool, or run across the sand right into the ocean. It is only a few seconds walk to return to the house. At night, you will hear the ocean waves, which is very soothing. The house is large, spacious, and very clean. The kitchen has most utensils, plates, etc., you would need, for cooking. It is quiet at night and the housekeeper is only a few minutes away, if needed. She is the one who will bring the key for check in. However, we had problems with communications and wasted an hour in the dark, waiting for someone to help us. So, I strongly recommend that you confirm check in details (who, where, what time, etc.) at least 24 hours, in advance. Make sure the hot water was turned on, too. Try the resto across the street. 3 brothers run a lovely, small place called Magon. Very friendly folks and quick, fresh, affordable meals (especially breakfast). A recommended host & home! :-)

Lilian was very responsive she was very accommodating. We just wanted it to spend the night the cool thing is they had 3 showers it’s not the Hilton but it did for what we needed it we would be back if needed for sure 🥰

My opinion is very clean, the house is very clean, recommended for those who like a few days quiet, the place is quiet and with the excellent host's attention, thank you 👍🏻

Jorge was very friendly and we had excellent communication at all times, his accommodation is beautiful, we loved the garden, the rooms are very comfortable, the pool of very good size and impeccable. Photos can't show how beautiful the place is live. We spent a few days of incredible rest and tranquility. On the other hand, Leon and Regina attended us at all times, they are beautiful people who are always on the lookout. Thank you for all the attention and for sharing your accommodation with us.

Good accommodation; necessary to take a car to get around as the beach is not close by on foot. Good cleanliness, facilities in very good condition, air conditioning, internet and TV service work excellent. In the kitchen they count on everything if you prefer to prepare food. A plus the watering can they have in the patio to rinse before entering the house. Very good communication, in general highly recommended.

Everything was excellent, from the attention of Juan Gustavo who was always attentive to what we needed, perhaps only the detail of the insects, but it is normal for the type of property, that is, it is surrounded by vegetation so it is practically impossible to eradicate the insects, from there everything very well.

Our visit was as a couple to a beautiful beach destination, quiet and far from civilization, ideal for resting and disconnecting from the rhythm of the city. From the start, the experience was incredible, with exceptional attention and a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Cass and Carlos were excellent hosts, always attentive and willing to answer any questions, even going beyond what is offered on Airbnb to make sure we had a great experience. The tour in Playa Chaparrales was incredible, it should definitely be a must for any visitor. Food, amenities, and every detail exceeded our expectations. The facilities are spotless, very clean and cozy, making the stay even more pleasurable. As for the menu, I totally recommend the green aguachile, the empanadas de zaragaya and the breakfast of chilaquiles with egg and ham. All with a rich season.

if what they want is a quiet, beautiful and above all ORIGINAL place... this is the best destination; the place is beautiful, the view is spectacular, the caretaker very but muuuyyy friendly. It is a house that is no more than half an hour from the beach if you suddenly feel like going but believe me that being in the house with its high ceilings, its super interesting books, its paintings, its sculptures and its garden will not want to get out of it. Go, it is a very pleasant experience! :D

Our experience was amazing! From the very beginning Karina was very responsive to all my messages and questions. She also let me know how to fix a problem when some of my guests decided not to come to the trip and I was able to fix the reservation on Airbnb and save some money! When we arrived Lizzette and her husband who are the onsite caretakers of the facility were amazing. Lizzette walked me through the house and explained everything and even gave us good recommendations on where to buy fish to cook a good soup! But let me let you know that when we arrived and entered the house it took our breath away! It is amazing! Beautiful and clean! There is enough space for everyone - we traveled with 10 adults and 2 kiddos and everyone had a bed, and everyone had a place to enjoy whether they wanted private time or time in family. The house has direct access to the beach and a very clean pool! Everything was beautiful - only negative was that the master bathroom had a strong smell

The attention to the accommodation is excellent, Doña Mary and Don Ángel are excellent and very attentive to any request and to have everything in perfect condition. In addition to cooking delicious and being very attentive and helpful. The house has everything for a very nice stay, the beach is very accessible and the place is very nice. The owner of the place was friendly and accommodated our requests properly. Everything was excellent.

The house is just as described, simple with what you need and in the middle of the countryside, in contact with nature , with insects. Just need a fan in the living room and dining room, otherwise good, there is hot water in the showers, we touch bad weather and the pool water felt cold but the day the sun came out I think is ideal for cooling off! It is necessary a badge at the entrance of the complex since if you arrive at night it is difficult to locate it! Very close to the beach, walking 10 min to beach without trade, 5 min by car there is beach with commerce!

Our stay during Holy Week was simply perfect. From our arrival, the staff welcomed us with warm and professional attention. The facilities are spotless, surrounded by nature and designed for total rest. The cleanliness of the rooms, the comfort of the beds and the details in the decoration made a difference. in addition the location is unbeatable close to beautiful beaches , restaurants and activities for the whole family. we enjoy the tranquility and at the same time a safe and family atmosphere. every dawn in Casitas invites to stay longer. definitely exceed our expectations. we deeply appreciate the hospitality and we definitely recommend this place for those looking for an authentic, comfortable and full of magic place for an unforgettable vacation. Although the location indicated in the app is not accurate, the actual location is quite good. Very close to the beach. The house is nice, the area is very quiet. The only point to improve are the beds as one of them is smaller than an individual and the other is king size. It was still a very good stay and we had a great time.

The location is perfect, the sea is in front of the house, a good view,a great place to rest and have a good time with the family. The host as the manager is very friendly and helpful, were always on the lookout.
