Stay on a magical 150m2 houseboat in the middle of Copenhagen with 360° views of the water, private swimming ladder and 200 meters to the metro. Skansehage is a 32-metre-long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry into a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. Large front deck and aft deck with urban farming, outdoor dining, and sunbathing. There are 5 meters to the ceiling inside with open living room with kitchen, dining and living room. Below deck there are 2 cabins and 1 master bedroom as well as toilet, bath and music scene.

Sluseholmen is close to most things. In 15 minutes by bus or metro, you will be at City Hall Square/Tivoli. By car it is only 5 min to Bella Center and only 10 min to the airport. Both ferry bus and metro are available from the apartment into the city center. Sluseholmen is a cozy little town just outside the city.

The vibrant life in Sydhavnen with delicious coffee, and lovely restaurants, shopping opportunities are within walking distance it takes about 5 minutes on foot. The apartment consists of a small kitchen where you can easily cook some light food, fridge, and Airfryer. You have your own toilet and bathroom. There is a dining area for 3, and a bed. (120 cm)
