Acomoda 4 pessoas, apenas 200 metros da avenida principal, eUnivicosa! A casa foi recentemente atualizada e decorada . Para acesso ao apartamento é necessário descer um lance de escadas altas. O espaço é individual, porém o hóspede passará por corredores compartilhados com mais 2 kit net! Rua estreita e sem saída, tranquila! Não possuímos garagem mas os hóspedes geralmente deixam o carro na rua , paralela à avenida, então ruídos será comum de se ouvir!
