Situated in the northwest (sunny side) of Telluride, this studio has all the comfort you need in a great location! Park your car and don't drive again until you check out. Steps to everything. Please read the reviews for the inside scoop of what it's like to stay in our comfy, cozy studio. The studio does not have a conventional kitchen. There is a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, electric skillet, blender, coffee maker, etc. Please see photos for what is provided.

Lovely little slice of Telluride!

We've re-designed and recently completed a lovely remodel. We've opened up walls, taken out extraneous owner's closets and made it into a much more usable short-term rental. Though the 1 bedroom condo is only 450 square feet, it feels like the perfect amount of space for a 4 person family or a couple and a couple friends. Cozy Downtown Cottage By the Gondola!

Cozy 2/1.5 home! As you enter from the street you are in the bunk room with triple full bunks. Right outside of this are the 2 bathrooms, 1 full and 1 half for extra comfort. The King bedroom is up a spiral staircase. The full kitchen opens into the living area with a beautiful mountain setting. The back porch has a grill and adirondack chairs for enjoyment. Read the reviews! This home boasts one of the best locations in town. 10 min walk to festival grounds entrance. 30 second walk to the river trail. 5 min walk to gondola/slopes or downtown. This is one of the only stays in town with a hot tub AND a pool(open during summer)! Amazing views from patio. Its a very quick walk to enjoy all the local eats, galleries, shops and music festivals.
