Peaceful yet central. Stahnsdorf is located on the southwestern Berlin commuter belt. Potsdam and Berlin are within easy reach. Bus 622 to Berlin runs right outside the front door (S-Bahn: Mexikoplatz /U-Bahn: Krumme Lanke). The bus stop to Potsdam is about 400 meters away. We are renting our apartment from September 2021 and would like to warmly welcome you. It is bright and friendly, clean and quietly located. You can also use the garden and terrace. Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

We rent a two-story, plus basement, complete apartment in the music district in Teltow. The apartment is about 81 square meters, very bright and friendly, parking is on the property and also on the street. A large terrace, which faces south, can be reached directly through the living room. Transport connections to Berlin are within walking distance in about 15 to 20 minutes, shopping facilities are several in the vicinity. Please read the house rules.
