Cliff House – Near Bic Park

Located on the riverside of Route 132, 10 minutes from Rimouski and Bic National Park, this large cliff-top house can accommodate up to 10 people. Ideal for groups and families! Elevated terrace with stunning views of the river and spectacular sunsets. Access to the beach via a forest path. Decorated with unique paintings from the Casavant family. 4 bedrooms, fitted kitchen, espresso machine, BBQ, utility room and ample parking. A change of scenery guaranteed!

The Château de la Plage

The chalet is opposite the municipal beach of Dégelis, where there is the Pub de la Madawaska, a boat ride and a volleyball court. You will be charmed by its wonderful sunsets. Next to it is the municipal campsite, where it is possible to enjoy several facilities (swimming pool, paddling pool, games module, petanque court, access to cross-country ski trails, snowshoes, fatbikes (under certain conditions and/or fees) and the bike path (Petit Témis).

Relaxation at the Red Cottage

Peaceful location on the shores of small Lake Squatec, this cottage will allow you to enjoy your vacation in a relaxing place. With two bedrooms and a bathroom, this cottage is fully equipped and linens are provided. A dock and a relaxation area (with hammock) by the lake will allow you to relax and have fun. Pedal boat, kayak and paddle board are also available. An outdoor shelter is also available to enjoy the outdoors to the fullest.

For outdoor enthusiasts, the “Le Prospecteur” walking trail is a must, without forgetting the Mont Farlagne ski center which is only 5 minutes away. Free WIFI. Villa Pura Vida will offer you the opportunity to enjoy all the advantages of the Témiscouata region. The beautiful Le Petit Témis bike path passes just behind the house, The Clair Soleil Park and the majestic Lake Témiscouata are nearby and access to the Témiscouata National Park is very easy. We are close to all the services and shops of the Cabano district and we are central, no matter what activities you want to practice in the area.

Le refuge du huard (CITQ 298067)

The Loon's Refuge Rustic chalet, refuge style. Located 2 km into the forest, isolated, quiet, without electricity, without internet or running water. Perfect for a healing experience in the heart of nature! Canoe, hiking trails in private forest with monumental sculptures. Wood stove, one bedroom, two bunk beds and a dry toilet outside. An SUV or van is required to get to the site, otherwise we offer a round-trip shuttle service.

Newly renovated and located in a quiet residential building, this studio offers a comfortable space close to several amenities, including Hôpital régional d’Edmundston, Casino Grey Rock, Centre Jean-Daigle, Université de Moncton, campus d’Edmundston, as well as several restaurants. For your comfort, you will find a queen-size bed, a heat pump, and a bathroom featuring a large, safe walk-in shower — all set in a fresh, modern décor.

Forest Healing Cabin

Super small round wooden hut in the middle of the forest, located in the middle of a family maple grove, promotes relaxation and contact with nature because you have the choice of having solar electricity or a generator, you can also experience the oil lamp. Perfect for moments of tranquility. Entire accommodation for 4 people (additional fee for more people). Located 1 km on a dirt road that is a little bumpy but very passable.

Beautiful, unique and quiet 4-season chalet for nature lovers. Located just 10 minutes from Lake Témiscouata and 20 minutes from Lake Pohénégamook. The chalet is located on a large wooded lot, offering a great view of the mountain and the surroundings. In winter, the snowmobile trails are only 5 minutes from the place. For an evening fondue, a stove is available on site. It is also equipped with an indoor fireplace.
