We just took a few days of rest in the house, and the experience, again (we had previously stayed in the house), was very good. Great place, service and host.

My friend and I really enjoyed Esther's house, the tastefully Mexican-style decoration, the courtyard of the giant property, the very friendly staff. The house sits on grounds of a spotless state with beautiful high school horses, we saw them just a few minutes because we were attending an event a few miles away. Comfortable beds, very clean and a house with a good sized floor. Next time we go to Ticumán we plan to stay here again.

Excellent option to go in a group, the place has good distribution, comfortable rooms, bathrooms, and sufficient amenities to have a pleasant time, feel comfortable and live super well, I definitely recommend it and I will return in the future

For those of us who want to be close to nature this place is a paradise. It's amazing verl to the wild and how they relate to each other. In addition to lots of flora and fauna surrounding the place. The house is very nice and comfortable, it has everything you need for a quiet and environmentally friendly stay. Fernanda told us everything about the place and the great effort that has been made and is done to mentenerlo. Always warm and helpful, there was a lot of empathy and we made friends right away. My family and I felt very quiet and comfortable in the house, it has a lot of peace, the garden is beautiful, my children and our little pet ran a lot, not to mention the mango, tangerine, pomegranate and soursop trees and the sound of the birds was fascinating, the pool was very good, the nights were very quiet and ideal to relax and the people who came back to us are very friendly. Lourdes' house for our taste is very nice and ideal for rest.

Like every year my family and I visit this beautiful accommodation… and we were completely satisfied and delighted with the house and its amenities… the host and the guys who are on the estate (carlitos and berna) always have a great disposition and help us loved everything and more than we need… as every real year and on this occasion Paty supported us with the preparation of food at all times and also with the cleanliness that made our stay something unmatched

Our stay was very pleasant, the house is as shown in the photos, it has a large garden, the pool is large and an area with a barbecue. It is located in a private area and has shops like a 5 mn by car. The facilities were delivered completely clean. Alejandro was always attentive and very kind. We were in the hot season and the house felt very hot at night.

Super clean place, exactly as shown in the pictures. Super good location if you go to an event in the nearby estates, or if you just want to rest and be in the pool, there are supermarkets, and places to eat less than 10 minutes away. Lorena is a super host, super attentive and friendly, very clear explanations and resolving any questions, I definitely recommend this place, I would definitely come back.

we wanted a house to rest and our dogs could walk free and that we got, the house is perfect, extension, with everything necessary for a great stay, the beautiful garden, the dogs could walk free without needing to be worrying about neighbouring dogs or disturbing someone. we are very grateful for the attentions such as fresh water, clear communication. we rested a lot and it's a great home to relax.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Tepotzlan. The main house has 3 large bedrooms upstairs and the 4th that doubles as a library is just outside off the patio. The 5th bedroom is in the pool house and is the only one with double beds. We loved that each bedroom had its own ensuite making it convenient for our large group. A staff member met us at checkin to show us how to use the key and lock which was very helpful! We would highly recommend staying here!

Very good location if you have an event at Hacienda Chiconcuac, it matches what was described just that I found the house a little more girl in person, but well for our needs
