Truly a one of a kind space and host, Arturo took time out his day to tell us stories and talk to us about the incredible Mayan culture that was literally in the backyard of the house. If you have the chance please make a point to spend time here just to appreciate the house and the beautiful space around it.

This was a one of a kind experience. The cenote cannot be missed and in the morning we had it all to ourselves! It is so quiet out here, it’s a perfect place to stay to get away from noise. If you choose to stay, arrange transportation well in advance. It was a bit difficult to arrange a taxi out there, so my partner and I ended up leaving our luggage as Spanglish Hostel overnight and rented a scooter over to the Airbnb. Which was a lot of fun anyways :) Don’t miss this experience!!

Amazing! We loved everything! The house, the ranch, the pool... if you are looking for a quiet and paradisiacal place, this is undoubtedly the ideal Airbnb and one of the best experiences we have had. The house is very well equipped, very nice and very comfortable. We ordered breakfast one day and it was delicious (typical Yucatan dishes). Martin showed us the place and was always on the lookout (he even helped us catch a spider that had come to visit us). We hope to come back some day.

This is probably one of the most unique properties I’ve had the opportunity to stay at. The location is wonderful: tucked into the jungle and far removed from the tourist path. The grounds are exceptional with a quaint church, braying donkeys, and a crystal clear cenote. It’s beyond peaceful and tranquil and attests to the stewardship of the land. The host is charming and gracious and he kindly shared the history of the property with us. Spotlessly clean and welcoming.
