This small (30 condos), quiet condo complex is around a block and a half away from Old Town Scottsdale, among the most vibrant, unique urban downtown centers in the American Southwest. Home of the San Francisco Giants Spring training field at Scottsdale Stadium is just a 15-20 minute walk. Lots of golf courses, hiking, Phoenix Zoo and Botanical Gardens are all close by. Easy to get around by walking, bike rentals, electric scooters, golf carts, or take the FREE Trolley that runs every 10 minutes throughout Old Town. We are excited to share our condo with you! Our house is a mid-century modern property designed and built in 1970 by a Phoenix Wrightsian architect and fully remodeled in 2015. Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Your favorite steamed coffee beverage, hot tea and continental breakfast (yogurt, juice, croissants, fruit, etc.) are all included with your listing. Enjoy all pictured spaces indoors and outdoors. Your room and bathroom are private with a queen bed, premium linens, a closet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a desk and more. You may enjoy maximum privacy and come and go thru the independent entry. Alternatively you are welcome to use the front door, the kitchen & fridge, the front and back patios and all other living spaces. The front door is equipped with smart lock you may open with your smartphone; your room independent entry has a traditional key. We live in the house and enjoy whatever level of interaction our guests choose. Please contact us thru the app for fastest response. The home lies in a quiet, safe and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale. Most houses are large and include guesthouses and swimming pools, and many of the neighbors living around us have lived here for decades. Depending on the length of your stay and the places you intend to visit, a rental car or Uber service may be the best choices. Just feel free to ask us.
