Your room and bathroom are private with a queen bed, premium linens, a closet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a desk and more. You may enjoy maximum privacy and come and go thru the independent entry. Alternatively you are welcome to use the front door, the kitchen & fridge, the front and back patios and all other living spaces. The front door is equipped with smart lock you may open with your smartphone; your room independent entry has a traditional key. The home lies in a quiet, safe and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale. Come enjoy our queen IKEA sofa bed with tons of closet/ dresser space. Our patio has a mirror is completely private, making it a perfect space for yoga/martial arts practices, sunbathing etc. Scooter and bike rentals throughout our neighborhood (Bird and Lyft) make it easy and fun to get around, especially to tour around the lake. We are close to everything in a great, lively, safe neighborhood and can’t wait to host you!
