Monthly Rentals in Tempe Town Lake

Was a comfortable spot while our family makes the transition to Phoenix area. There were many restaurants in the area and views of the river and surrounding area from the property. We came in late at night and that was the only challenge during our 10 day stay. It was a very secure and safe property and the amenities in the unit were great. Would absolutely recommend for anyone needing an extended stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Romo Jones, very comfortable home, great backyard, necessities (coffee, shampoo, etc) all taken care of, all right in the center of Tempe. We stayed here while visiting our son at ASU - convenient location to all of our activities.

Amy was great answering questions and giving feedback. Always very prompt with replies. The unit worked well for our needs. Was a bonus to have an extra bathroom. Everything was clean, clutter free. Nice to park very close to the unit as well - and a plus no stairs to have to carry luggage up/down. Unit was very quiet.

The deck on the house was perfect for hanging out and relaxing when not at work. There is a nice park nearby too.
