Monthly Rentals in Temple Herdewyke

What an amazing stay in this cottage visiting southern family! Everything was thought about down to the welcome hamper containing gorgeous fresh eggs bread & treats for our dog. Caroline and Jane were both so responsive and helped us out with a clothes drying rack to wash our daughter’s car seat which was so appreciated! Everything was so clean and tidy we can’t fault a single thing!

We loved our time at Debbie's place, it was all it was advertised as and more. We have family in the area and it was the perfect place to be able to relax in between our scheduled activities. We will definitely be booking again.

We really enjoyed our stay - the flat was spotless, tastefully furnished and in a great location. The check‑in process was smooth and the host was responsive throughout. My only small gripe was the rigidity around check‑in and check‑out times. Check‑in wasn’t available until 4 PM, and check‑out strictly at 10 AM (with a hefty £35 fee to arrive earlier). Our cleaner arrived at 10:15 AM, which felt a little tight. If the host could offer even a 30‑minute buffer on either end, it would make arrivals and departures much more relaxed. Overall, highly recommended - just be aware of the fixed times!

We recently stayed at Moat Barn for a friend’s wedding which was 5 mins away. It was the perfect location and had everything we needed. It was comfortable, cosy and clean. The bed in particular was super comfy! It’s a shame we couldn’t stay longer. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely stay there again. Thanks Marveen for a lovely stay and for being a great host.
