VERY Clean, Very private, brand new, full kitchen, full bath, large bedroom, plenty of closet space. Floors are steam cleaned, tiled throughout, anything you might touch is sterilized, dishes sterilized, and all linens cleaned and washed. Private entrance, plenty of parking for just about anything. Queen Bed, Full size Futon, Queen blow-up mattress, and 2 couches. The unit is attached to the rest of the home but there is a door that separates it and locks from both sides.
Deep in the heart of Bell County, this home is the perfect location for those wanting to visit Temple and surrounding cities such as Austin, Waco, and Killeen. We are 10 minutes from Baylor Scott & White Medical Center and 12 minutes from UMHB. We also have two very friendly dogs, Bailey and Sonny, in the home, but they will be blocked from your part of the house.
