This stunning minimalist-inspired home adds its own artistic flair to the decor by placing bold and exciting art pieces throughout every room. The gallery and apartment is owned by an artist, who designed the space to show his work. Guests will have access to the whole gallery, but for rent is only the private apartment adherent to the gallery, including a small kitchen, a combined living sleeping area with a loft style bathtub and attached separate bathroom with shower. The other sleeping area can be separated by movable walls and has an extra bathroom with shower and toilet as well. Guests also have access to the back yard until 10 pm. Our aim is, to welcome all our guests personally and show them around and help them getting started in Berlin. Since we are also living in Berlin we are happy to help if any difficulties occur during the stay. It's Mitte, means closed to all cultural attractions, shopping and nightlife, but still quiet and you don't feel like living in a "bar". I like to call it the "new quiet Mitte" since recently a lot of luxury apartment buildings were constructed next to existing architecture, so it's for Mitte a pretty quiet neighbourhood, but Gendarmenmarkt, Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz, Friedrichstraße are all within easy walking distance (10min) Subway station (U-Bhf) Spittelmarkt 2 min walk. Several busses 3 min walk at Leipziger Str. Walking distance to Gendarmenmarkt, Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz and Friedrichstraße about 10 min. You can only access your apartment through the gallery, which may be gently used by the artist. Your apartment is private and will during your stay not be accessed by us. Mitte neighborhood is within walking distance to many of the city's iconic locations such as Checkpoint Charlie with superb shopping, dining, and nightlife nearby as well. There is easy access to public transport making exploring easy and convenient.

Only 1.5 hours drive from Berlin can be found in the Uckermark Weite, water and beautiful nature. Surrounded by forest, lake and field landscape, this Dreiseitenhof near the Martian Ice Age road has recently been extensively renovated. The farmhouse has a secluded location and is accessible via avenue. On the grounds, the Feldstein walls of an old stable have been preserved as a picturesque ruin. 2 swimming lakes are within walking distance. The holiday apartment is located on our small, secluded farm, where we and our animals live. It is suitable for 2–4 people, but possibly also for more, thanks to a pull-out sofa, a cot, mattresses and/or camping outside. The apartment has a south-facing window to the garden, where animals sometimes graze. You can also relax and have a campfire there. The swimming area is 10 minutes away. Footpath. The bike path "Spur der Steine" passes by here and is nice for inline skating and cycling.

We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the larger unit. (The smaller unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21896074) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

In a former field stone barn, about 5 km from Templin, in a nature reserve. The separate house is surrounded by game reserves, meadows, forests and lakes. Wonderful walks, canoe tours, bike tours and rollerblade tours are possible from here. Fireplace on cold winter evenings. There is never boredom here.
