Our house is in Alaybey Neighborhood Namazgah Square. Walking distance to food and drink, shopping and all other venues in the center. Again, you can swim from the harbor within walking distance. The house is on a very calm and peaceful street, despite its central location. There are two bedrooms and a sofa that can be a double bed, it can accommodate a total of six people. It has a large garden that belongs only to the residence. The house has undergone extensive renovation. Its infrastructure, furniture and white goods are new.

Our stone house, which is one of the best locations with sea and island views of Bozcaada central Rum Neighborhood, also offers a unique service with the use of a shared terrace area with sea views of Denizyıldızı Hotel. Our stone house is double. The first floor has 2 bedrooms and a cedar seating area. On the lower floor there is a seating area with 2 sofa beds, kitchen and 2 toilets and 1 bathroom. In addition, an additional fee and breakfast service is provided at the restaurant where the Starfish is agreed upon.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. A beautiful summer house with a gorgeous sea view.There is fruit and vegetable garden. Enjoy fruits from its branch, chance to collect vegetables. Pet friendly. Pets can stay in the garden, NOT allowed in home.150 meters from the sea, you can easily walk. 1,5 km from the center of the island. Up to 4 people can stay. There is only 1 bedroom. 1 double bed in bedroom, 1 single bed which is portable&2 sofas in living room 2 people can sleep on.

If you stay in this centrally located place, you'll be close to everything as a family. Our house consists of two rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. It can accommodate 4 people comfortably. All the equipment that a home should have is available. It is in the city center and transportation is quite easy.(5min walk from the pier) There is a seating and relaxation area on our terrace, you can enjoy the view (You can have breakfast or dinner on the terrace) Note : Our terrace is for shared use.

Shiraz Vineyard Houses 6 Bozcaada

It is one of six houses in a total of fifteen acres of land with nine acres of vineyard. It is a comfortable place where you can have a peaceful, calm, pleasant holiday with both vineyard and sea views. It is five minutes by car and about half an hour walk to the center. We also have a dog named Safiye who lives with us. It is very docile and people-friendly. We can't connect Safiye, whose only desire is to be loved. Therefore, our place is not suitable for people with dog phobia.

Peaceful quiet cottage

My house is a real immigrant house. One-to-one village house for those who want village life. The winter season is cool during the hot summer season. An electric heater is used in the house in the winter season. The garden for children is suitable for large vehicles. It is close to the beaches. I am permanently spraying. The seating area, that is, the front part of the house is surrounded by mosquito nets, and the breakfast is protected as a dining area.
