Little River Escape in the Smokies!

Strawberry Patch is a historic set of quaint cabins located on the Little River, in Townsend Tennessee. Townsend's central location is perfect for the adventurer or the city goer. Spend time here fishing in the river right outside your door, hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park 3 minutes away or taking a short drive into Knoxville for an iconic UT football game. If that doesn't fill your vacation with plenty to do, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are only a short drive away.

Whispering Oak Secret Hideaway

Whispering Oak was lovingly built in 1908 by the Mothershed family. It is adorned by a massive Oak tree that holds a swing. We have divided the house into two private apartments. Secret Hideaway is on the right. There are 3 spacious rooms. Living/dining with adjoining kitchenette, large bedroom with closet with en-suite luxurious bathroom with walk in shower. There a lovely front porch with swing that provides amazing sunset views and a beautiful backyard with large covered portico.

WELCOME TO MOUNTAIN CREEK INN. The Inn consist of (3) 1 bedroom units each with a private porch overlooking Cosby Creek babbling from the Smoky Mountains. It's 22 miles from GBurg, secluded enough to enjoy the peaceful scenery on the creek, yet horseback riding, river tubing, golfing, hiking and zip lining are just minutes away. Enjoy the local activities, spend a lazy day next to the creek on the covered porch, or simply enjoy the sunroom surrounded by views of the water.

Nuthouse - Pickle Ball, Firepit, mountain views

The Nuthouse is an oversized studio that boasts a king size bed, hide a bed couch, dining room table with 4 chairs, full bathroom and everything you need for a peaceful vacation. Even though it's a studio, it's large enough to not be crowded. The view from the windows of Mt. Laconte are beautiful. There are 12 acres that you can hike on and even a small outside chapel and gazebo to be used for an outside wedding (at an extra cost and it needs to be approved beforehand).

This apartment is in the heart of downtown Algood. It is walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. It is less than 3 miles from downtown Cookeville including the historic West Side District, Tennessee Tech, and Cookeville Regional Hospital. The apartment is completely custom and unique in every aspect. You will have 24/7 access to the host who will go above and beyond for any need you have while still giving you complete privacy. This King Suite has its own private entrance that is attached to the cabin. The King Suite and the Cabin can be rented both separately through Air bnb. This King Suite is everything you need for your next vacation! It is located in a quiet rural country area where you can see the stars at night and green pastures in the day. The cabin next door is not included it is separate. No third party bookings. Because of health issues, we can not except animals. No smoking.
