Walk to the observation bench at the top of the biggest 50 ft waterfall. Follow the trail behind the falls. The trail is 800ft consistent of the opulent and incredibly diverse flora and fauna,providing a rewarding adventure. The WILDERNESS cabin is setting in the forest among the trees overlooking the Smoky Mountain range in high altitude.

Watauga River Cottage in Johnson City, TN

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly water front river cottage (Approximately 1,700sf)! Bring your fishing pole and relax! We have Kayaks and life jackets available upon request at no charge (life jackets required!). Enjoy some time on the hammocks by the river or step into the hot tub on the deck over looking the river. Please note we do have a video camera overlooking the driveway as well as overlooking the stairway and river bank below the river cottage.
