The surrounding area is quiet and relaxing. The security management is good. Transportation is convenient. The house is 650 meters away from “Tanimachi 6-chome” and “Tanimachi 9-chome” subway stations. Distance to Kintetsu Nara Line: 650m to Osaka Uehonmachi, one subway stop directly to Dotonbori, two stops directly to Shinsaibashi. The 4 lines are very convenient. This listing is a house that I renovated with my designer friend for two years. There were many twists and turns in the middle, and the style chosen is a combination of Japanese and modern, that is, to meet the needs of contemporary facilities. This house is reserved. Recently renovated, this apartment is a 70year-old Japanese traditional house. There is a Japanese small garden. Within walking distance to Namba, Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. It's right next to Kuromon Market. There are many convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and drugstores in the area. You can also travel to Osaka, Kobe, Kyoto, and Nara without wasting time.
