Holiday rentals with a patio in Tepic

It's a good apartment in a quiet area, Home Depot fences, the only detail is that I struggled a little with the hot water, and I didn't find an iron of clothes but outside of that, everything very at ease

Super friendly hosts, a very comfortable clean and illuminated place that is located close to all the basics, I would definitely go back there

The house was perfect for my vacation! The whole place was super clean, nice, and very private. I love staying here, and the only thing I wanted to have was more time to enjoy all the things around. It's in a perfect spot to explore Tepic! There are restaurants wherever you want, and also several museums very close to the place. It also feels very safe as it is close to Palacio de Gobierno. 100% I recommend staying here! They will enjoy it a lot. And most importantly... what a rich bed! Sleeping alli was like sleeping in a cloud! Thank you for everything!

This is a great find. This home a huge, very modern and clean. Ulises is indeed a super host. He is very responsive. We stayed there while in town for a wedding and this was the perfect spot. We stayed for 4 days with my wife and 2 children.This place was great. It is on the nicer side of town, super clean and safe. If you are visiting Tepic, stay here you are a short drive into the the city. Additionally, there is a pharmacy and mini-mart walking distance from this home. Washer and Dyer, kitchen, and showers are great in this place. I highly recommend this place and while you are there, take a drive to San Blas! Only about 45 mins away and a GREAT day trip.
