If you require space for more than 6 people, house 2 on the property is occupied (max 10 guests). The houses are not rented separately. Only 10 minutes by car or 15-20 minutes walking to the center of this beautiful Magical Town. The house is in a residential area, and by agreement with the authorities and neighbors, the music MUST be turned off at 10 pm. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PETS

You have two parking spaces, ideal for hosting a couple, but it has a sofa that can be converted into two single beds, with 4 people comfortably fitting. It has a minibar, microwave, dishes for 4, 8 glasses, corkscrew, can opener, cutlery for 4, towels, hot water, Nespresso coffee maker, privacy in your home, and access to common areas such as swimming pool, fire pit, multipurpose room, sundeck, etc.

The warmth and comfort of "Casa Elena" will make your stay pleasant and comfortable. The house is spacious, private, decorated with Mexican handicrafts and plants. It is located near the Santo Domingo neighborhood and the Atongo Valley, very nice places for walking. With all kinds of establishments nearby. And for that time inside the house we have WiFi, Smart TV, HBO, Disney, board games, a kitchen ready to use, a coffee maker and a microwave!

This zen chic space is an open plan style house by famous Mexican architect Jorge Mercado. The casita is 2 stories. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms divided by bamboo walls and a meditation area and downstairs is a large terrace, integrated kitchen and living area with astounding views of mountains located in the countryside. HIGH SEASON MINIMUM 5 NIGHTS (Christmas, New Years, Spring Break/Semana Santa). Puentes minimum 3 nights.

Private garden with grill, swimming pool with optional heating at an additional cost of 600 pesos per day; covered terrace with table for 6 people and private parking for two to three cars. Located in a very quiet area, excellent climate.

Comfortable country home, available for families with ample areas. Tepoztlan´s warm weather makes a great host, being able to be outside year around. Amenities: Hamacs, Tree house, Ping pong table, Grill, Wood oven, Terrace with large table, Outside fire place. Pool with solar heating, between November through February it might not be hot enough.

AND EXCESSIVE VOLUME AND/OR NOISE IS RESTRICTED AFTER 10 PM TO AVOID ANY FINES OR PROBLEMS WITH NEIGHBORS.
