The garden house is located in the middle of our 2000m2 garden. At the edge of the garden you will find the sauna and hot tub that overlook the meadows. We live a large part of the garden here, and are happy to share the wealth of the outdoors with others.

Welcome to our oasis of tranquility. Being located on a historical and green location in the Achterhoek, you can fully enjoy the nature. Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The house is equipped with two bedrooms, luxury kitchen, full bathroom, washing machine, veranda and a cozy living room with wood burner. A wonderful place for 4 to 5 people to enjoy all wellness facilities completely privately.

In the heart of the Achterhoek, between Doetinchem and Gaanderen, lies the Maalderij. Rarely have you slept so well in a factory where there is an atmosphere of the most diligent industry, which goes hand in hand with atmosphere, luxury and tranquility. Comfortable furniture, complete kitchen, large garden, separate seating areas, 3 TVs, wonderful beds, bathrooms with rain showers, bath and toilet and beautiful balcony. Cozy chalet on the Heide Flood estate in the middle of the Achterhoek, surrounded by forest, heath and meadows. This unique chalet for two people is the perfect place to unwind. It is modernly designed and equipped with every every comfort (incl. dishwasher). From the chalet you walk or cycle through the woods to Slangenburg Castle for a delicious cup of coffee. Highly recommend for peace seekers and nature lovers. Doetinchem is 7 km away for cozy shopping and nice restaurants.

You can hear and see many birds all day long. You sleep in a cozy loft, which you can reach by a sturdy staircase. Other facilities: you have a private entrance, a work/writing area (height adjustable), a private garden with terrace (including BBQ). Listen to music via Bluetooth or record player and look around you...

Address: Recreationspark het Zonnetje, Ruurloseweg 30 no. 102 in Zelhem. In a wooded quiet environment, ideal for hiking and biking. The house is on the ground floor and features a kitchen, adjoining living room with dining area and sitting area with TV, wifi available. 2 bedrooms of which 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with double sink furniture, toilet and shower. There is also a separate toilet with sink. Smoking and pets not allowed.

Would you like to relax in a green environment where you can enjoy the birds and where you have a view of our alpacas? The accommodation is well insulated, has lots of light, is stylishly decorated and you have access to a large garden of about 600 square meters with shade and sun. Beautiful cycling environment and nice places to visit; 10 minutes away: Doesburg/ Bronkhorst/ Vorden/ Zutphen/ Doetinchem. Arnhem is 20 minutes away. Bicycles can be charged in our shed.

Zeddam, monumental enjoyment in luxury apartment.

Light and spacious, with over 50m2, there is plenty of room for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

Spacious cozy studio near the center of Doetinchem

Welcome in Izzy's spacious studio. The wood-burning stove heats the cosy large room. You can plop down in the sitting area, put on a record and unwind. For the evening meal, use your own kitchen and dinner at the base table. When the night falls, the four-poster bed will be ready for you. Slide the curtains closed and enjoy a wonderful night's sleep. The next day, first the wood stove on and the area will be happy to invite you to a nice exploration!

Annas Haus am See

The cottage is surrounded by a lot of nature and a beautiful lake with weeping willows. The A-frame house offers plenty of privacy with 2 hectares of garden. The lake house has a bright living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and bedroom. Our two Scottish Highland cattle are behind our cottage and are a real highlight. There are also many birds, hedgehogs and rabbits in the garden. A BBQ is available on the terrace excl. gas bottle.

Cozy apartment

This apartment in a detached house of a peaceful neighbourhood, is just a ten minute walk from the city center. It's located on the first floor and caters for a private entrance, kitchen and bathroom. The groundfloor offers a room with two single beds, it can be booked additionally only during the weekend or national holidays. The photo's do not do the spacious rooms enough justice.
