An excellent property with bidirectional views of city on one side and hills on the other. Communication was all through with Roman and not Sarah. He was extremely responsive even before a week our trip commenced. When the host communicates with you especially in English within minutes of your message to him....half of your apprehensions for the stay gets over. Thanks Roman. The items in the apartment were well laid out and conveyed a welcome attitude. A great property with a metro station just three minutes away.

I stayed at Masho and Ruso's apartment for almost two months, and was very pleased with everything. Apartment is just as appears in the photos, spacious with a very comfortable bed, a well-stocked kitchen and a large balcony. Communication throughout from the hosts was excellent. The location is great as well, on the outskirts of Vake and within walking distance to plenty of shops, restaurants and bars but in a quieter location. Rustaveli metro is about a 20 minute walk away. My favourite thing about the location is that in about 30 minutes you can walk to Turtle Lake in the mountains overlooking Tbilisi. This is a nice spot to escape from the city to enjoy some nature and has a number of trails for running or hiking.

Good place to stay in with amazing view , has all the amenities, cozy and comfortable, the host is friendly and welcoming. I recommend this place)

Giorgi was amazing and kind. Maybe the most responsive host we've had. Questions were answered in minutes, we had a minor issue which he walked us through over the phone. House as advertised, clean, homey, really great location. Close enough to the busy part of town, but not in the middle of it. Would stay there every time. Thanks Giorgi!
