Erica and Atords place at Crocodile Rock was amazing! We felt very comfortable and the location was amazing. It was about a 15 minute walk to Coral bay which meant that we were out of the busy area. They have a restaurant connected and the food was amazing! They also have a bar that they run from 5pm which served such great cocktails! They were both incredibly friendly and helpful and we would definitely love to come back!

Possibly, one of the best places I ever stayed. Beautiful view, comfortable, clean, great design. The space is full of nature, you sleep and wake with the sounds lf the waves. Atord was very helpful through communication and have great musical taste and personality. They have also a great restaurant and a bar just above the sea for cocktails. Couldn't ask anything more, is paradise all the way.

Crocodile Rock is a slice of paradise. We had an absolutely fantastic stay here, couldn’t have been better. Erica and Atord are so welcoming and helpful, and the entire staff were great. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the shower always had hot water. Food in the restaurant was superb, we ate here every day for breakfast and dinner. It was great that there were masks/snorkels/fins available freely for use. The location is just perfect if you want a quiet and peaceful break. Keranji beach, which is arguably the best beach on the island, is less than 10 minutes away. Every day here was just blissful, and we hope to return some day!

We spent four nights here and loved it! The villa 1 was great—spacious with a large balcony, a comfy bed, a fridge, and a big shower. There’s no AC, but the fans kept us perfectly comfortable. The location is fantastic—just a two-minute walk from the boat taxi, tucked away from the busier beaches and resorts. It’s easy to get around the island by water taxi or on foot. The on-site bar, set over the water, has a fantastic vibe, beautiful sunset views, and excellent cocktails. The restaurant was also great—we had 2 dinners and 1 breakfast, and everything we tried was excellent. They offer a vegetarian-friendly menu, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. Communication was easy with Erica, who lives on-site and is super friendly. They also provide complimentary snorkel gear, which is a huge bonus cause the snorkeling here is magical-even right off the property, we saw beautiful fish. If you’re looking for a nature-immersed stay in a comfortable hut surrounded by jungle, Highly recommend

A wonderful complex, right by the sea and yet in the jungle. We immediately felt comfortable, the villa is just like the photos on arrival burned incense on our balcony against the mosquitoes. Everything is very lovingly designed and of high quality. The food at the bistro is delicious, the bruschetta a dream. Everyone is super friendly, a small resort in a secluded location.

I’m really lost for words for the hospitality of the host and team during our stay. Alhamdulillah everything was perfect. Beautiful house with staffs who served you with beautiful sincere heart. They served you all the way to ensure that your stay was comfortable as possible. My guests and I were very happy, blessed, moved and grateful when Hakim n his father cooked our leftover food to turned to other dishes. Thank you thank you thank you. We were treated with delicious keropok leko, onde-onde, and tepung pelita on the house. Not forgetting Cik Helmi cooked especially for my mum Kway Teow Goreng when we first arrived because my mum was complaining how sweet the food we had in Terengganu. Your service is out of this world. Insyaallah, if we were to be back in Terengganu, this is the place to be. Villa bayu is such a healing place to be.

We stayed there for 2 nights with a total of 20 officemates. The house is incredibly spacious, with plenty of activities to enjoy. We spent the entire time singing karaoke, from morning until night! 😆 The TV was equipped with an Astro box and connected to Netflix. We even used it to display presentation slides for work purposes. The rooms were large, each with its own bathroom, and the view was absolutely stunning. We stayed in Villa B. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of utensils, a large rice cooker, pans, pots, and a variety of dining utensils, along with many cups and glasses. It also had an oven, microwave, kettle, blender, and a Coway water dispenser. However, the electric stove only had two burners, but thankfully, we brought our own stove. Overall, we had a fantastic time during our staycation. The place is perfect for team-building activities or a family day out. The view and sunrise were simply breathtaking.

Absolutely beautiful location and facilities - our family had a great time in Syed's beautiful space. The villa staff were very kind and attentive - they also brought us fresh coconuts from the grounds! We can't wait to come back!

Perfect for gathering for family day. Rooms are plentiful & big. There's a pool. Large pound area. Close to the beach. Want to do family activities as suitable

Perfect accommodation for a gathering. Mr Zulhisham was kind enough to assist me for the booking and queries along the stay. Villapadu Desa is a beautiful traditional house with a hint of luxury modern stay. All angles are instagram-worthy. Everything was provided, very fitting of the 5-star rating. We cooked some meals and BBQ at the place and all kitchen equipment are more than enough. The massage chair was a bonus after a whole day and night swimming in the pool. Some games and snacks were provided for the kids at the stay. However, washing machine and dryer was not yet available during our stay. Other than that, everything was enough for our family needs. Local breakfast (nasi minyak and kuih muih) was served to us before checkout. Definitely a memorable stay.

Host is respond very quick and clear instructions given. Self check in is smooth with electrical door lock. Quiet surrounding and 1 min walk to beach which is great. Will definitely come again next time
