It was a great experience, an easily accessible place, great accommodation, clean and cozy place, with a full kitchen. And we could not forget the reception. A great hostess who left us at ease, very kind and polite.

Cozy and very well located apartment, close to the bus station, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. Terezinha was super attentive.

We want to thank Kris for your attention and all the info! She was always attentive and very welcoming . The Quitandinha Palace is really beautiful and offers many leisure options. The apartment is exactly as it is in the photos and met all our needs. Check-in is checkout were super quiet and the speed of Kris' return made us very safe ! It was all excellent !

Isabela was a great host, very helpful, friendly and easy to communicate. The apartment is a grace and exactly as in the photo and description, super clean, organized and well equipped. The location is excellent, close to everything, several options for food, easy and practical access to get to know the whole center on foot. Super recommend and intend to come back more often.

Great stay. Clean room, clean and smelling linens, kitchen with airfryer and plenty of utensils. Contact with the positive host. The Quitandinha Palace is very beautiful and vast in history, being able to stay there, it's a privilege. 24-hour gate, security in the surroundings, other positive points. In the Quitandinha Palace there is a bowling, which we enjoyed well, my daughter loved, a coffee, and a bistro for meals, as well as being able to stroll inside the Palace and get to know its History, all very beautiful and clean. The outer area is very beautiful, with the pond and a beautiful lawn, and still has a very good steakhouse on the outskirts of the Palace, just a minute walk. It's well worth hosting, we would definitely return.

Great host, responded quickly and kindly to everything I asked. The flat was impeccable, it is quite comfortable, clean and the small pantry is well equipped with a microwave, minibar and utensils. Large bed, several pillows, good air-conditioning and blankets. Spacious closet. The bathroom is spacious, has a small hair dryer that is useful. The condominium has been better maintained, but it was a confusing weekend with a big event in the region. It didn't affect the stay. Parking, previously free, is now only included between Friday and Sunday night, with separate payment for other periods. The location is very good, the best in the Itaipava region, with the possibility of even going to restaurants, shops and the park on foot.

Estadia was very good, and the loft met expectations.

The stay was great, Marucia was extremely kind and proactive and the loft was exactly as we imagined. We were made to feel very welcome and felt safe with a concierge and the security of the place. We loved it, we had a little trouble with the wifi because of the rains, but nothing a 4G can't solve. Amazing stay, I recommend it to everyone.

The care and hospitality that Marúcia and her husband offer is hardly found in other accommodations. The atmosphere is extremely new, clean, compact and with great peace of mind. It is located right next to some of the city's main sights, leading you to take a spontaneous walk to get to know them. I recommend it to everyone who has questions, as the stay is very worth it.

As soon as we arrived the loft was smelly and tidy. Fernanda maintained clear and super attentive communication with us always, and also gave entry and exit instructions for us to have the best stay possible. In addition, it's a great cost-benefit, because the loft is very cozy and well located (from for a 10-minute walk to the crystal palace)

I'm all about the details, and the owners are too, by the way! Everything was very clean, organized and beautiful! It had everything we needed and more! Apart from the condominium, which is excellent! Thanks for the complimentary wine! The stay was worth it!!

We had a great stay! We loved the super peaceful and beautiful place. Perfect for those who want to rest. You can only hear birds chirping. The loft is as described. The only point to improve is the cleanliness of the bedding. I didn't feel like they were clean. Other than that, everything was perfect. Florian is a lovely person. Super friendly and simple.
