You'll be in your own peace, but close to everything when you stay in this atmospheric little house. From the street, there is access through a small terrace into the house. The apartment has a small dining area and kitchen, a bathroom and a separate living room. The bed is a 140 cm wide double bed. In addition, a sofa bed (70/140*200 cm) can be spread out. If requested, a mattress can be arranged for a fifth person. The apartment has underfloor heating and an air heat pump to cool down in the summer heat. The local store is almost around the corner and the market square is about 250 m away.

For an additional fee, it is possible to rent a hot tub and a larger yard sauna from the yard.

Although we live in the same house, the apartment still has its own entrance and its own peace of mind. There is an outdoor sauna in the yard that can be used. Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.

The premises, which exude the atmosphere of the past, were renovated in 2022 and put into use for accommodation at the beginning of 2023. In the nostalgic cabin, you can escape from everyday life, sleep peacefully and stay in an atmospheric way. You are warmly welcome!
