A charming and well-kept apartment of about 35 square meters located in the heart of the village of Termoli. Ideal for couples, small families, and single travellers. The accommodation is behind the cathedral, the beach can be reached in five minutes. The city center, restaurants, shops, and pedestrian area can be reached in just 2 minutes. The famous narrow alley "REJECELLE", the Swabian castle, the trabucco and the wall, where you can appreciate fantastic sunsets, are all in the vicinity of the accommodation.

Filomena's house is located in the heart of Termoli, on the ground floor and has two independent entrances, one of which is on a private road with a bar and reserved parking. It has been completely renovated and offers all the comforts (Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher). It is just a few minutes walk from the train station, the port (embarkation of the Tremiti Islands), the beaches of Rio Vivo and Sant'Antonio, the old village and the "walk" area with various and numerous places.

This is precisely what we want to offer guests: a large and comfortable home without sacrifices. 350 meters from the railway station, 500 meters from the city center and 300 meters from the sea (Lungomare Nord-Cristoforo Colombo). Excellent sea view. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi and a large dedicated workspace. Unless otherwise agreed upon prior to booking for special needs, in the case of no more than 2 guests, one bedroom will be closed.

From the apartment, you can easily access the ancient village and Corso Nazionale where most of the bars and restaurants are located. In a few minutes on foot you can reach the main lidos and the free beach. You can also easily reach the marina on foot for boarding to the Tremiti islands. The apartment has been recently renovated, with large and bright bedrooms, an equipped kitchen and a comfortable dining room. Air conditioners in every room for safe relaxation.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

The apartment consists of a double bedroom with sea view and a second bedroom with a french bed. The living area has a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. You can use an umbrella provided to access the free beach in front of the residence
