This is precisely what we want to offer guests: a large and comfortable home without sacrifices. 350 meters from the railway station, 500 meters from the city center and 300 meters from the sea (Lungomare Nord-Cristoforo Colombo). Excellent sea view. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi and a large dedicated workspace. Unless otherwise agreed upon prior to booking for special needs, in the case of no more than 2 guests, one bedroom will be closed.

The apartment consists of two double bedrooms and a double room all with a balcony.

In a few minutes on foot you can reach the main lidos and the free beach. You can also easily reach the marina on foot for boarding to the Tremiti islands. The apartment has been recently renovated, with large and bright bedrooms, an equipped kitchen and a comfortable dining room. Air conditioners in every room for safe relaxation.

The house, located in the historic heart of Termoli. Inside you will find a small bathroom with a shower and washing machine. A bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a chest of drawers, a large wardrobe and a Smart TV with Netflix! At the entrance, the kitchen is equipped with all the utensils, minibar, and a part set up only for breakfast with a capsule coffee machine, a juicer and a kettle for tea. There is also a comfortable single bed and a sofa bed.
