Monthly Rentals in Terra Mala

Davide was a great host, he was really helpful and was quick to respond to our questions. He gave us loads of good advice before we arrived at the villa. We arrived late at night and we had asked if it would be possible for Davide to buy us some food bits as all supermarkets were shut, he obliged and it was a great help for us. The villa is beautiful, the view is stunning and it feels homely. A car is required if you wish to explore the beaches. The villa is positioned only 30 minutes from Cagliari airport and 30 minutes from Villasimius which was ideal for us. The area is very peaceful, surrounded by pine trees and respectful quiet neighbours.

My wife and I stayed in Tatiana's AirBnB for over a week in December and had a wonderful and relaxing time. The small, cozy place had everything you need. Of course, the location right on the sea is outstanding! Beautiful sandy beaches or Cagliari are also within minutes by car. The apartment itself is accessible via several stairs and steps. Therefore not suitable for people who are not good on their feet. Tatiana and her co-hosts were super friendly, always available and helpful! Since our ferry times changed at short notice, we had to print out new tickets. Tatiana also thankfully took care of this for us!A late checkout was also no problem, as the property was not directly occupied again after us. That was great for us. Thanks again for everything! :)

It is a beautiful apartment that exceeded expectations! Super nice house, very clean and beautiful view. We only arrived in the evening and couldn't do any more shopping, but this was not a problem as the managers had stocked the fridge with initial supplies for dinner and breakfast – really great! Very nice people and always available and helpful. We had a great time and definitely recommend this nice place.

Our vacation at Orazio's house was exactly as we had hoped. The sea at your doorstep, Cagliari nearby, but not too close, friendly reception and great support. My personal highlight: The two kayaks. We absolutely recommend the place.
