In the San Salvario district, a few meters from the Valentino Park, you can walk to the center in 10 minutes, the Porta Nuova station and you will find everything you need: bars, restaurants and the metro. The apartment is equipped with all the amenities and has maintained its original structure with the exposed bricks that make it cozy, unique and very quiet as it is located in an interior courtyard

Spacious and bright accommodation, equipped with all comforts, on the ground floor of a private bi-family building, free of architectural barriers, located 20 km from Turin. Grafting for the motorway at 6 km, at the foot of the mountains of Val Sangone and the Natural Park of Monte San Giorgio; 1h15 by car from the ski slopes of the Olympic area of Turin 2006. We are a family of 4 people: Marina, Carlotta, Giorgio and myself, residents on the first floor.

La casetta della magnolia is a two-room apartment with ample outdoor space equipped for relaxation, suitable for singles or couples. The kitchen area has everything you need for a pleasant stay. There is a separate sleeping area. The apartment also offers the due comfort in summer thanks to the presence of mosquito nets and air conditioning. We can accommodate up to 2 adults (bedroom with double bed ) and 2 children/boys ( on living room sofa bed).

Cafes and restaurants are just a short walk away with several supermarkets within a short drive.
