That is to say, a series of tubes that carry water change the temperature of the floor, if necessary. Whether you're a solo traveler seeking a peaceful escape or a couple exploring the city's wonders, this studio promises a memorable stay. The flat is equipped with: - Bed linen and towels will be provided. - Amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. - In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multi-purpose cloth and 1 rubbish bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. External services: If you are travelling with a baby, please note: - Baby cot option available for travellers with infants for an additional extra charge of 30 euros. - Highchair also available for an extra charge of 20 euros. - If both services are requested, the cot is priced at 30 euros and the highchair is priced at 10 euros. Communicate your needs in advance to prepare them for your stay. The beds and towels are prepared for the number of persons indicated in the reservation. It is not permitted to accommodate more people than indicated in the reservation. Turn off the lights and air conditioning before leaving the flat. The trash cans are in front of apartment 1. It is fully equipped and features 40 square meters, comprising a living-dining room, a built-in bed, a bathroom, and a full kitchen. It has a maximum capacity for three people, making it perfect for couples, families business trips. This bright, exterior-facing space boasts thoughtful design and includes high-speed Wi-Fi, climate control, both air conditioning and heating, and a separate entrance. The living room has a single sofa bed, ideal for a child, a dining table, and a Smart TV. The bed measures 190 x 150 cm. The kitchen is fully equipped: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, kitchenware, etc. The bathroom is separate and complete with a shower. It is adapted for people with reduced mobility (grab bar in the toilet and walk-in shower). The room also has an iron and ironing board, toaster, hairdryer, etc., and bed linen and towels are provided. Entry to this apartment is self-service (using the access code we will provide), so you can arrive at any time (after the permitted check-in time). The following services are offered: cleaning, replacement of bed linens and towels, finding a nearby parking space, airport transfer service, and more. In short, this apartment offers the ideal starting point for a stay of a few days or weeks in the city, to enjoy its spectacular gastronomic offerings, its shops, its museums, and its legendary nightlife, while enjoying leisure or business. During your stay you have access to the entire home, so you can enjoy the entire apartment. You can use all the rooms and the fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite dishes. The home is delivered with bed linen and towels (one set for each guest). In the bathroom, you will find small bottles of hand soap, shampoo and shower gel for the first day. This building was constructed quite recently, so everything you see is new. The first thing we see is a spacious living room, pretty bright thanks to its large exterior windows. It is equipped with a 43" HD Smart TV, hi-speed optical fibre internet connection (around 100mbps), A/C with heating mode, a foldable dining table with room for 4 people and a premium quality sofa/bed that, when open, provides good quality rest on its 1,35m wide mattress. The kitchen is open plan and equipped with the main appliances and elements needed for cooking, apart from offering complimentary basic products such as oil, salt, coffee, sugar, etc. The bedroom has a 1,35m wide double bed, two bedside tables and a large built-in wardrobe where you can store all your clothes and belonging comfortably. The area is quiet during the night and the bedroom is oriented to a private patio, so silence and rest during the night are guaranteed. The bathroom is located next to the entrance and it is equipped with a shower cabin, mirror, electric radiator/towel dryer and a travel hairdryer. The optional parking spot is in a secured public car park located 280 meters away from the apartment and has a cost of 12€ per day of stay.
