There is a TV in the kitchen and each bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc. As well as basic equipment for cooking. Washing machine and dryer are at your disposal. All utilities, wifi, linens, and towels are included.

The spacious and bright attic apartment (100 m²) can accommodate 4-5 people. The air-conditioned bedroom has a double bed and a cot for 2 children. We are located exactly between Regensburg and the Upper Palatinate Lake District (approx. 20 km).
