There is a TV in the kitchen and in each bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc. As well as basic cooking supplies. A washing machine and dryer are available. All utilities, Wi-Fi, bedding and towels are included.

In our in-house SUP rental, boards can be rented. The good location also invites you to visit Regensburg and the artist town of Kallmünz.

The apartment is equipped with a kitchenette with a refrigerator, electric stove, small dishwasher and everything you need. There is a park nearby and there is the possibility of fishing.

Shopping is 6 minutes by car to the nearest town.

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
