Your accommodation is located southwest of the city centre and is in the "Grüne Mitte" - an exceptionally large and green residential quarter in the Kumpfmühl district. The old town can be reached by bus, bike or car in about 10 minutes. The apartment is located 2.6 km from the city centre/ approx. 30 minutes on foot. The accommodation, which consists of a 35 sqm living and sleeping area including bathroom, can be reached via a separate entrance (terrace).

The spacious and bright attic apartment (100 m²) can accommodate 4-5 people. The bedroom with air conditioning has a double bed and a cot for 2 children. The living room with air conditioning also has a pull-out sofa bed. For shared use, our garden with swimming pool (season mid-May-Sept.) Trampoline, large meadow for playing football, fire bowl and barbecue available. We are located exactly between Regensburg and the Oberpfälzer Seenland (about 20 km).

The approx. 90 sqm apartment includes three bedrooms with two single beds each. A kitchen-living room, a bathroom with bath and shower and two separate toilets. There is a TV in the kitchen and each bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc. As well as basic equipment for cooking. Washing machine and dryer are at your disposal. All utilities, wifi, linens, and towels are included.
