My accommodation, very comfortable, is in the countryside. It is close to the sea (5 km), the landing beaches (50 min from the cottage), the Caen Memorial (1 hr), Mont Saint Michel (1 hr 40 min from the cottage), the Channel Islands... You can also visit the Cité de la Mer (aquarium, submarine, Titanic exhibition...), the Montaigu la Brisette animal park (10 min from the cottage), you will be close to the Cotentin and Bessin marshes, the Sortosville-en-Beaumont biscuit house.

We imagined this cottage as a lively and welcoming country house. The house combines the charm of the old with simple comfort: low ceilings full of character, a cosy atmosphere, a fireplace for cool evenings and spaces designed for sharing real moments together. Outside, you'll enjoy the garden and the tranquillity of the surrounding countryside. This is not a "perfect" place; it is a living, renovated house where we prioritise comfort and conviviality.

Waterfront house

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation with breathtaking views of the wild coast of Fermanville! You can enjoy it in summer and winter, the spaces are comfortable with a fireplace in the 32 m2 living room open to an equipped kitchen and a large dining table for moments of conviviality with family and friends. The house is at the start of the Chemin des Douaniers, one of the most beautiful walks in Cotentin, and offers direct access to the beach.

The Playhouse

La Maisonnette, located in the countryside of Val-de-Saire, will be your haven of calm for a stay in the countryside. It has a wooden terrace with a shelter, a hotel-quality king size bed, characterful decoration, quality materials, second-hand objects with a story, and eco-responsible equipment, to be discovered in the welcome booklet. There is also a wood-burning stove, and all the equipment for cooking, and spending quality time! Welcome home.
