The attention to detail throughout the huge area of the finca, the beautiful nature where you are woken up in the morning by howler monkeys, the opportunity to explore so much on your own, the good tips on Nicaragua that they both like to share … simply - the place to be - if you are looking for peace and nature and want to travel a little off the beaten track.

Great Place within walking distance of the airport. Very clean and easy to find. There was an ice cold beer waiting for me, which was delicious after a 3.5 hour drive. Claudio was very helpful and responsive. Julie his assistant met me at the apartment with the keys. I will be staying here again in the future as I will be traveling in and out of Nicaragua frequently in the coming years. Thanks for the beer!!

Studio 56 is the most wonderful property I’ve found through Airbnb. In a quiet yet easily accessible location, it’s a boutique of peace and tranquility. Great amenities such as a fully stacked kitchen, beautiful decor and the loveliest terrace. Carlos & Francis are A+ hosts, very responsive, helpful and friendly. We loved our stay and plan on returning every time we travel back to Nicaragua.
