This flat became my favourite place to stay while in Mexico City. Travelling with a bike, a ground floor flat, a washing machine, and a place to clean the bike are golden. The place was just remodelled and it looks sharp. It is definitely roomier than what you get from the pictures. The mattress is pretty comfortable (so many cheap mattresses in Mexico City's airbnbs...), hot water works flawlessly, it's not noisy and location is fantastic. Liene was a stellar host, kind and thoughtful, and made the stay more pleasant and seamless. The downsides to the flat have to do with it being on the ground floor, as it's a bit cold, and vulnerable to pests (as with all other buildings in this neighbourhood).

With this is the second time I stayed with Gerardo, the truth would not hesitate to do it again, the area has seemed safe, close to places to eat, it has a good location to be able to move, Gerardo is very attentive, friendly and always attentive to what you need! This is the second time I stayed in the place and I really like it. It is a very quiet place which is very connected and accessible. Also I like it to be a ground floor. Would definitely come back again.

We had a great weeklong stay here. Carla was a proactive and responsive host and we had no issues whatsoever. Of particular note CDMX is a very, very busy city and Carla’s place was on a narrow side street and therefore was both private and quiet.

We are very grateful to Edel, it was pending and resolved our doubts, the apartment is just as in the photos, a comfortable, safe, nice and clean place. There are many establishments around.

We loved staying at Giselle’s place, it is spacious, bright and it has soul. Well located with amenities and a park near by, just a quick uber ride from the coolest places in CDMX. Giselle is lovely host, very attentive and friendly but the cherry on the cake, I must say is Senhor Rubens the concierge, always with a smile on his face, warm and amicable. I can’t wait to go back to CDMX and I hope to be lucky enough to stay at Giselle’s place again.

Good place to stay, the main room has a very large and comfortable bed

The airbnb was located near a lot of cafes and restaurants which was nice! Overall, my friend and I enjoyed our stay here.

Great location, walking distance to many places. We loved Mezcaleria Necios, and the smoothie place around the corner for the kids, Ricardo is easy to communicate with and fast to respond. Ricardo let us leave our bags early when we arrived early to Condesa, which was very helpful. Great for a big family to all stay together.

It was a one-night stay and the truth the place is great, it has a perfect location if you plan on taking any flights. The place was very clean and the treatment was very kind from everyone.

We had a fantastic time at this sweet apartment in the lovely neighborhood of Condesa. I fell in love with the walk around Parque Mexico (especially on Avenida Amsterdam) and the area is very central for getting around. Nicholas and Sandra were very accommodating regarding our toddler, leaving a travel crib and high chair in the apartment for us, which was perfect for our needs. I know previous posts had mentioned issues with the hot water but we didn't have any problems, and the filtered tap water was a great bonus. Our only small issue was the wifi cutting in and out a little bit, which may be something to consider if you are working remotely. Overall, a wonderful deal in a wonderful neighborhood.

Such amazing views! Watching the sunrise each morning on the terrace was truly magical. Great location with many food spots and grocery options nearby. Transit stations are short walks away. Very comfortable for the 6 of us.

Excellent location to visit the historic center, the parking gives it a plus and the apartment is very comfortable for 3 or 4 people.

Alec was very responsive. Great communication and very accommodating. The location was perfect and easy to get to. So many great restaurants and cafes all within a few blocks. Very walkable to everything. I was able to work remote with no issues with the Internet or connectivity. I will most definitely be back.
