We felt very comfortable from the first moment. You can tell that Isabel has put a lot of love into the house and it really is a "home." Check-in was straightforward, communication friendly and in the house more than everything necessary to find and allowed to use - which makes the stay even more relaxing. The welcome greeting - basket of goodies - was really delightful. Especially with children, the child-friendly, clean and cozy house in this quiet neighborhood is perfect. Thanks for the wonderful week in Den Helder! :-)

We had a great time. The house had a perfect location. It was very clean. And the owners were very nice.

Really nice house! It's very big and has everything you need and more. The outdoor garden was outstanding, it's a shame not everyday was good for a lunch in there. The big bathroom was also a complete surprise. The location is super convinient and nice, it has beautiful places to walk nearby and the center of the town is right next to it. Nonetheless it's in a very quiet and lovely street. We had a lot of fun! Bo was an incredible host, super nice and kind. We kept in touch and she was there to solve a few problems we had! We really recommend it.

Alina & Jan-Lamber's place is an ideal place - house and large garden - for families with kids and dogs (as we were). There's a gate to close the garden off from the (quiet) road. The house is well-equipped for kids. We enjoyed our stay.

Just like last year, we had a wonderful week in Ruigoord! A nice house where everything we needed is present. Great that the forest is across the street. We did a lot of hiking with our dog in the very varied environment.

This was a very nice place to stay. Beautiful garden, perfect for kids. Very quiet area, and super well located for walking routes and the beach. We definitely recommend Mieke's place.

A "home!" during vacation! We enjoyed the chalet as a family (dad,ma, two teenagers and dog). The cottage has everything and more we also have/want at home: modern furniture, TV, dishwasher, washer and dryer, well equipped kitchen with oven, induction cooking etc etc. It is also suitable for the colder days with the central heating, air conditioning with heating and the pallet oven (very cozy too). Rijs as a base is also very good, the campsite is located on a beautiful forest , the IJsselmeer is within walking distance and at Hotel Jans you can eat delicious food. Thanks for this wonderful home during the holidays!

Kaya's mobile home is tastefully decorated and everything was hassle-free. Even now in the fall it was nice and warm and comfortable. We were in Warns with a two-year-old child and a small dog. Thanks Kaya! Goy family

The location on the lake is very nice. The property is a little dark at the jetty, but from noon the sun is there. The kitchen is big. The beds were comfortable.

It was our first stay at this property and arrival, as well as check-in were straightforward and quick. Everything was clean and appropriately furnished. Since we arrived in the low season, everything was very empty and private in our area, which we really liked. The campsite itself is one of the most beautiful and comfortable we have ever experienced. A nice restaurant, a boat and bike rental are included and a great swimming pool with slides and play area. We had a great week and definitely want to come back. We had a wonderful stay at Stefan's mobile home at the campsite De Weyde view! The location is simply fantastic – quiet and close to nature, but at the same time not far from the IJsselmeer, perfect for trips to the water or the surrounding area. The square itself is well maintained and lovingly laid out. We especially liked the relaxed atmosphere. Stefan is a great host – friendly, helpful and always responsive. You can tell that his guests care about him. We felt very comfortable and would definitely be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended for anyone looking for relaxation in beautiful nature!

Nice cottage in a pleasant quiet place and well located to visit the whole island. And very nice that our dog was welcome.

We liked the accommodation very much, we felt right at home! 😊 It is a quiet area which was very pleasant. Restaurants, shops and supermarkets are within walking distance. The sea is also within walking distance. The extensive beach is ideal for relaxing walks. Thanks a lot for giving us the opportunity to spend a few days at your place 😊

For people looking for peace and quiet, this is a nice place to unplug. By bike you can get to the surrounding villages and beautiful beach sections in no time. The bungalow is in a very quiet location and offers everything you need to live. On the terrace, it is well protected from the wind and sunbathe. We enjoyed it very much 👍

During the transition from 2024 to 2025, a midweek stayed in Ingmar's apartment. The apartment is at the back of the apartment building and on the first floor, so nice and quiet. There were two of us, so there was plenty of room. An ideal place for our trips across the island. Good and fast communication. Recommended.

Nice cozy house with a nice kitchen with large cozy table to eat, play games and have a glass of wine while cooking. Nice living room also with a nice sofa. Great beds and nice to have 2 bathrooms.

We were very satisfied and felt very comfortable. It's all there, what you need. Only towels, kitchen towels and a hairdryer should be brought with you, but Max made us aware of this beforehand. By the way, the food in the neighboring hotel is highly recommended and not so expensive at all. We will be happy to come back.

We had a lovely weekend at Hoeve Vianen. There was a very nice welcome package, communication was very nice. The space was beautiful, warm and tastefully furnished. Our son also loved the cottage, partly due to the bunk bed and felt right at home. Nice playground in front of the door, and a large garden to play football in, of course. We will definitely come back!
