The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Saperlipopette Maisonette

This simple but cozy gîte is located in the heart of the Morvan, where you are surrounded by nature. From the garden, you can look out over the valley with a varied panorama of forests, hedges and meadows. In the nearby village (2 min.) there is a bakery where you can get delicious fresh bread and 5 minutes away is Lac de Pannecière, where you can swim, fish, canoe and paddle board. Hikers and (trained) cyclists can indulge in the many routes in the immediate vicinity.

Relax in Gite Briffaut de Bourgondië

This stable converted into a house with a walled garden was in the past a stable with dog kennel which belonged to the adjacent Chateau Briffaut. It is completely free and high with views over hills and forests, close to the natural park " Morvan ". In the house all the old oak beams are still visible and the old details have been preserved as much as possible, but this house is equipped with a walled garden with palms and olive trees with terrace and jacuzzi.
