Because of the location and its altitude, there is no need for AC as the temperature is lower all day long, compared to the rest of the island.

A bright and cheerful maisonette with a superb location, only 1 - 2 minutes walk to the beach. It is situated on a small hill thereby offering magnificent views of the entire bay of Golden Beach. The maisonette has two double beds . There are three balconies offering incredible views. The property is fully equipped with all you need to make your stay comfortable and stress free.

The Studio Iordanis is an amazing and calm studio next to the unique beach of Psili Ammos. It is an incredible place for family holidays in the green emerald beach, with panoramic view of the Aegean and the amazing sunsets. In the evening you can enjoy the tranquility and moonlight of a night sky full of stars. The apartment is just 30 meters from the beach.
