Holiday rentals with a fireplace in The Hills Shire Council

This house is very beautiful and there is a lot of room on the grounds and in the house itself. The attached granny flat area is great especially for anyone seeking a little more privacy from the main house. It’s got a nice big kitchen for preparing food too. The sauna and pool are a nice bonus. The house and grounds do need a little fixing, general maintenance and tlc as it is an older house. Some things were broken or didn’t work but they weren’t a major concern to us. We still felt very comfortable and at home here .

I cannot rate Leah and her air bnb highly enough! She is an incredibly welcoming and kind host with two very beautiful and sweet cats that my partner and I became really fond of during our stay. Every morning waking up to the birds singing and the sun shining was amazing. We felt so happy each day spent here and everything Leah did for us made this truly memorable. I cannot wait to return one day and catch up with our wonderful host, her cute cats and the farm that holds a special place in our hearts. 10/10 Leah, Harry and Jay Jay; thank you and your cats so much

Xenia is such a lovely host! She kept in touch throughout, even when my flight was very late, and waited until I arrived. She was very responsive, and her home is beautiful. I truly appreciated her hospitality.

Iris was very responsive and helpful through her communication during our stay and her place was the perfect balance of luxury and comfort; very well appointed and more than generous amounts of space and amenities for everyone to enjoy in a nice quiet location. We enjoyed our stay at Sharpe's Ridge. In particular we loved all the outdoor seating options with beautiful views, including some great sunsets. As others have said, the place has everything you need. We also all enjoyed using the outdoor shower. Weird but wonderful to take your morning shower among the trees and birds (there's one brown cuckoo-dove that will come keep you company). One thing to note, the security camera (mentioned in the listing) is pointed at the entrance to the house - which does rule out nudie runs to the outdoor shower!

loved our stay here. The owners were really responsive even to 11pm messages. the location was perfect for our family getaway. I felt very central, the location to me was perfect with the city being 15min drive and most tourist attractions were no morethan 20min drive. there was a train station accross the rd and anamazing coffee in front of the apartment the coffee there were 10/10. the apartment was clean, shampoo full bottle size, towels all provided and washer and dryer. lounge room was a good size there were 6 of us travelling and catered us perfectly. only con is street parking and had to constantly move the car. other con was initially finding the apartment was difficult the apartment is located on a main rd so entry to the apartment is accessed off another street. once familiar to the area you will have no issue.

Beautiful view of the ocean from morning till night. ❤️ Place is peaceful, safe and private. And Peter is very approachable with all our needs. We had a great and relaxing time.

Fantastic location, great space and incredible views. The unit was exactly what we wanted, and the pictures are the most realistic we've come across in a stay at AirBnb. Peter and the team are very accomodating and communication was flawless. Will definitely save this for future vacations.

Old building but a great and comfortable place to stay. Lovely host, everything was as described. Close to all amenities. We had a good stay. It is on the 3rd floor without lifts so you have to walk up the stairs resulting in good exercise. Overall very happy.

This place is as what it is described. It is close to Tramsheds (with nice restaurants). I just wanted to point out that the building is on a steep road so it is advisable to stop at the back street if you are carrying luggage.

The most important thing is that the hostess is quick to respond, friendly, patient, and understanding..and the best thing is that it is only 3 minutes away from the train station, buses, and shops. Add one minute to cross the station and you will be in the middle of the largest market. You will need 3 days to complete your tour. And it is only a few minutes away from neighborhoods crowded with restaurants, shops, stores, and people. In short, it is a great location.I would like to add that the apartment is new and each room has air conditioning and everything you need.
