The house is located in a condominium in the most noble and beautiful place in the city, Pontal do Atalaia. It has access to the large beach from the back of the condominium, by stairs. In addition to being a charming and special place, it has a pharmacy, hospital, restaurants, bars, nearby market. Guests will have free access to the beach called "As Prainhas", this is very crowded, with limited access, and will not pay for parking for the beach. Guests will have direct contact with the owner .
