Family accommodation, in the middle of coconut trees, close to a beautiful beach with little traffic, easy swimming, from where you can see a beautiful sunset. Roger booked us a great excusion. Be careful, little supply in the grocery stores, you can still eat at the boarding house right next door.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful Wendy is as a host and her very sweet bungalow. While i think of myself as an intrepid traveler, in a new small remote location having Wendy’s help to get oriented created such peace of mind and immediately felt at home on the island. Her place is simple and sweet and made for a very spacious clean peaceful retreat as if in one’s own home yet a tiny walk to magical beaches, snorkeling swimming or a 10 min walk to the local amenities like fresh bagette park each morning. She was above and beyond helpful and generous with her time. Highly recommend her place as a magical getaway for a taste of simple island life. Shockingly almost no bug issues with the breeze and airflow - we didn’t used moquito nets or spray.

We had a great stay a the place - close from the dock, snacks, … The house is well furnished and equiped. Terahere has been a fantastic host, making our stay easy by helping us swiftly.

Large and very clean stilt bungalow. Comfortable and functional. Shared and fenced private garden, convenient with children. Nearest food and convenience store in Ohotu, 1.3 km. Bikes for rent on site. Beautiful and quiet beach 100 m away. Very welcoming hosts. We had a great time, we recommend it.

Léa and Pony were super friendly and endearing hosts. They came to fetch us at the airport welcoming us with a flower necklace and a shell necklace when taking us back. They also invited us to dinner one night with them making us taste local dishes. The accommodation is located in a very quiet place and right next to one of the best beaches in the atoll. You do not expect any luxury, the best is to spend a few days living the local life.

We were very well hosted by Jean-Yves and his team, who are very attentive to the guests. The location is amazing, the equipment available is nice, and the listings match the photos and descriptions. Jean-Yves holds the pension with a beautiful joie de vivre and he is a cook who knows how to delight his guests (fresh fish, nice desserts...). We really enjoyed the day trip offered by the pension: with Alexis and his colleagues, we had very nice moments between the bird island, the pink sand motu, the barbecue (grilled fish, coconut bread,rice, cabbage salad and raw fish...). Emotion was present at check out as this week full of activities was perfect!

Pony and Lea are endearing and very friendly hosts, they came to pick us up at the airport welcoming us with a necklace of flowers, and another of shells when taking us back the airport to our departure. Also one night we were invited to dine local food for a pleasant evening listening to their anecdotes. If you want to spend some authentic days, it is worth staying with them for a few days. It is not a super luxury but it is a way of getting to know the local life and it is also just next to one of the best beaches in the atoll.

If you're looking for the Michelin-starred hotel go your way! If you are looking for contact with benevolent, considerate, service, very kind Polynesians who share their culture and the love of their island, go ahead. As long as the rustic, simple, but cozy and spacious habitat suits you, go ahead. The guest house holds a small snack in the evening where you can eat fish, steak or grilled chicken, with fries... 4 extraordinary days with the extraordinary beach 100m away. Bungalow on the beach beautiful environment near bike, kayak and paddle board . Very good welcome Esther is an excellent cook. She cooked us. We loved about super dishes and the excursion offered by the pension is very nice to do. We had a great day. We recommend the pension.
