Renovated studio with independent entrance, located on the ground floor of my house. Less than 10 min from the CHRU and highways, 20 min from Nancy (Neuves-Maisons train station 2 km away). Bus stop 50m away, pizza dispenser 100m away, shops, bakery and McDo 5 min walk. 200 m from the Moselle and the ponds of Chaligny for beautiful walks. Electric charging is possible directly in front of the accommodation: a Hager 7.4 kW charging station is available (additional charge). Type 2 cable required.

For all amenities (hypermarkets, shops of all kinds...), you just have to go to the neighboring town less than a kilometer away.

My place is close to the city of Nancy (20 minutes) in a small village in the countryside. Ideally located, close to the forest and views of Mount Thélod. You'll love my place because of the views and the tranquility. It is equipped (fridge, oven, microwave, electric hotplates, TV, Wi-Fi) tea/coffee/sugar, milk pods are available My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, families (on the sofa bed, 2 children possible, up to 12 years old)

Equipped kitchen (crockery, microwave, stove, basic product, toaster, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and Senseo coffee) No smoking allowed, pets allowed.

Pretty independent house in the heart of our garden for a quiet stay. Close to Nancy city center (15 min by car or train). For athletes and walkers, 2 minutes from the loops of the Moselle (85 km of bike paths), walks in the forest or around many small bodies of water. Small clarification, there is internet access in the accommodation but it is only accessible via an ethernet connection (cable provided).
