Lovely very well equipped house with a great terrace and beautiful views

Apartment as described, near the sea and with a very large swimming pool in the residence which was very uncrowded in the second half of August. Very clean and perfect welcome with Heidi and Jeroen. No complaints.

The cottage met our expectations. Quiet location, shopping restaurants and beach very close. A great park property and nice reception. In the house, everything was functional and tidy. You have everything you need. Linens, towels and dish towels were provided for a fee. We had a very nice time and will definitely come back.

Me and my wife booked this amazing and memorable villa with our children and grandchildren. It's not often you get touched and experience a stay much better than I expected. The support from Marie-Laure and Barbara was above and beyond in every way and it was a delight and a security to feel so well taken care of. Everything in the house was great, fresh and kept very high level - pool, view, terrace with sun loungers, patio with its own grill, kitchen and the entire home in general, there was absolutely nothing missing. We recommend the accommodation with its proximity to the sea, the surroundings and ferry to Saint-Tropez. Even the nearby restaurants were good class. We stayed at Francoise's house for 1 week in April and had a lovely time. The house is nice and quiet, well equipped, with a private garden and access to the shared pool, and short walk to multiple coves and beaches for swimming. St Raphael is a short walk or cycle away. We would recommend this place.

This Airbnb surpassed all expectations! The garden is designed like a fairy tale paradise, with hydrangeas and lush trees artfully arranged—every corner is worthy. The 180-degree floor-to-ceiling ocean views are breathtaking, waking up to the soothing sound of waves in the morning and falling asleep under the glow of sunset in the evening. It was the perfect finale to our island getaway.

3-day stay at Philippe and Sylvie's, there were 7 of us and it was PERFECT! Beautiful landscape, very nice exterior, and the interior is very charming and functional. Philippe, the host, was very efficient in the explanations, a perfect welcome and very friendly. We will undoubtedly come back, and I would recommend the accommodation without a second thought, good value for money.

We had a beautiful holiday at this villa; 9 of us stayed comfortably, with plenty of space and everything you could need for a great holiday. We spent most of our time in the pool, it’s a fab size and with the garden, it is perfect for kids. The villa is very private, just a few mins walk to a very small beach and few minutes to bus stops. We didn’t drive so found it a little far from the supermarket to walk but buses were regular, easy and cheap! The surrounding areas of Nice, Cannes and especially Antibes are stunning. Overall a perfect holiday, thank you ☺️

Beautiful place, tastefully decorated, all the amenities are there. Large garden, so you can sit in the sun and also in the shade. Beautiful outdoor kitchen, which we made a lot of use of. Beautiful swimming pool, tennis court, jeu de boules court. Friendly host and nice communication.

We had a fantastic stay at this modern, cozy apartment in Antibes. The location is perfect—2 minutes from a supermarket, next to a gas station, and walking distance to the beach, pharmacy, and restaurants. The design is beautiful, and the ground-floor garden, where friendly-fancy cats visited each morning, was a lovely touch. The apartment had everything we needed: fast internet, two smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, comfortable beds, and spacious closets. Everything felt modern or new, making it a perfect home away from home. Mikko, the owner, was attentive and quick to respond, while Nora, the SUPER host, made sure we had everything for a great stay. There’s absolutely nothing negative to say about this place. It will undoubtedly be our first choice the next time we visit the Côte d’Azur. Highly recommended!

The accommodation was really great: spacious, clean and perfectly equipped, there was nothing missing to have a pleasant stay. The real plus is the very clear instructions for accessing the listing, with the exact location and accurate instructions for entering the code. Super convenient! The keypad is also a real asset, especially when there are several of us — everyone can come back at their own pace without needing keys. I recommend it without hesitating! We enjoyed our stay in Benjamin's apartment. Cecile gave us a friendly welcome and showed us everything. The apartment is well appointed and nicely decorated. It offers great seats inside and outside and on the large TV you can watch Netflix movies with your own profile. There are no board games and only a few hangers, but spacious chests of drawers and a wine fridge. Thank you for the rosé. The beds are comfortable and the view on the terrace is fantastic. The house is quiet and beautifully located. If you love exercise, you can also walk to shopping, the port of Cavalaire or on the other side to Bonporteau beach in about 15 to 20 minutes. Since it is a building with several apartments, the tenants above us were hearing something in the first week. Unfortunately, private access to the sea was blocked for safety reasons. However, there is another exit to the sea with about 334 steps within walking distance.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Mathieu and Sophie's beautiful home! They're backyard is a perfect spot to relax under the tree and overlook the ocean. It's also a perfect spot to watch the beautiful sunrises. The home is very modern with very high tech controls but able to quickly learn due to their very well written instructions. The ability to play music from their built in speakers was a nice touch. Having a private parking spot was very helpful since we had a car. We loved the neighborhood, close to bakeries, a bocci ball park, and not far from restaurants and shopping. But far away enough from the city center for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Thank you to Mathieu and Sophie for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Thanks to Brigitte and Franco for this wonderful stay in a wonderful place. Brigitte and Franco are a rare kindness. The place is perfect, functional and getting up every morning with the sea view it's just great. The Esterel trails are a stone's throw away and we enjoyed cycling, trail running, hiking and lazing with the beautiful coves close to the accommodation. A wonderful place where the living is good. Don't hesitate and go for it! A place that we recommend 200%. We won't be disappointed. We're waiting for one thing, to be able to come back soon.

Clean, tidy, and well-stocked place. The photos correspond to reality. The outdoor patio is a little gem!!! You could hear the waves of the sea! The accommodation is close to a supermarket stocked with everything and a two-minute walk from the sea with access to equipped or free beach. We parked the car inside the residence and no longer needed to use it until we left. Paca was very kind, both on our arrival and departure. We will definitely be back!!!!
