Gökçeada Duplex Villa Close to the Beach / Secure Parking

Our house is located in a respectable housing estate in Kuzulimanı, Gökçeada, close to the ferry pier and It is a duplex villa with TV and white goods, a 2-minute walk to the sea. It has 3+1 rooms and a garden, and the house has an indoor car park where you can protect your car from the summer heat. There are 2 double beds and 2 single beds, and 6 guests can stay comfortably. There is a stone barbecue ready for use under the spacious pergola. You can enjoy breakfast, a barbecue and any activities you wish.

A villa where you can have a good time with your family

Our villa is located in the Lagün 2 site, 10 minutes walk to Enez Pırlanta Beach and is only suitable for families. Since it is within the site, you should not make a lot of noise. Therefore, it is not suitable for families with many children (3 or more). Our villa can accommodate up to 6 people, the attic is closed for use as it is very hot. There is no Wi-Fi or Internet. When booking, please review the pictures carefully and make sure you ask about your expectations about the house. Thank you.
