This very nice 3 room apartment is located in the district of Liebenau. The building was newly constructed in 2018 and the apartment is on the 2nd floor (with elevator). The distribution of the 65m² is ideal. There are 2 separate bedrooms. One of them with two single beds and the other with a double bed. In addition, a living room with the possibility of a pull-out sofa bed. A spacious bathroom and a separate toilet. The kitchen is fully furnished. The terrace has a great view of the park. For longer stays there is a washing machine in the storage room, an ironing board with an iron and a drying rack. The apartment is very stylish and furnished with great attention to detail.

It is twelve minutes from the tram station and the train, there are two large shopping centers within five minutes by car and the center of Graz is ten minutes by car and the airport is five kilometers away. The room has pleasant temperatures in summer. Guests can also use the terrace. There is a possibility of a little soccer with small goals in the garden outside the house. We also have the possibility of renting 1 or 2 bicycles.

Cosy garden cottage for up to 2 people, located on the southern outskirts of Graz. All animals are welcome. Heating is provided by wood (tabletop stove). Bus stop approx. 200 m away, public parking (free) approx. 200 m away, loading and unloading on the property possible. The cottage is located on the same property as the main house; the two hosts, a small dog and a cat live here. Laundry and breakfast service available on request.

Do you need a break or do you want to use the nearby bike path for exercise? Here you can relax wonderfully but also be active. The 36 m2 log cabin has a kitchen-living room, a bedroom, an anteroom and a bathroom. In front of it is a large terrace where you can see the flowing mill and are surrounded by lots of nature. The public bus to downtown is about 700 m away, and you can park your car and bicycles directly at the property.
