Ideal for avid walkers, bird watchers or family down time golfers and kite-surfers; the Annexe is a perfect launch pad to discover all the lovely parts of the North Norfolk coast. Plenty of walks from the back door, only 15mins walk to Brancaster beach and many discoveries a short drive away.

Downstairs bedroom and bathroom give easy accessibility for those with limited mobility. Sorry, no dogs.

Baker's Yard accommodates up to 8 people, welcomes well-behaved dogs and has a sheltered courtyard garden. Thornham has 3 gastropubs, cafe/delicatessen and sporting facilities. The coastal bus provides easy access to RSPB Titchwell, Wells-next-the Sea and Hunstanton seaside towns.
