At the end of a path, there are two houses, one of which is under construction (no work planned for rentals) We rent one of the houses with an area of 120 m2. It consists of a large living space downstairs with living room, kitchen and dining and an office area with a trundle bed (comfortable thanks to the box spring and mattress) Two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. A beautiful grounds with swimming pool and pond complete this place. A quiet, green harbor of peace. 15 minutes from Sancerre and 2 hours from Paris.

La Petite Maison • A peaceful getaway in the Berry

Charming little house, perfect for a peaceful getaway between Berry and Sologne. Enjoy a sunny terrace, a peaceful setting and all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay. Just 20 minutes from Sancerre and its vineyards and 15 minutes from Aubigny-sur-Nère, this is the perfect base for exploring the region, its scenery and its cuisine. Fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, bed linen provided, free parking and a grocery shop nearby. Ideal for a weekend away as a couple or a nature break away from the hustle and bustle.

Fully renovated, self-contained accommodation nestled between vineyards and forests. The starting point for walks in the vineyards and forests is right by the gîte. House ideally located in a wine-growing village (18) in the heart of the Sancerre region, 5 km from the Loire cycle route. Village church listed as a historic monument. Tour of the wineries with tasting, 200 metres from the cottage. A connection for an electric/hybrid car is available on request for a fee of €10 per day.

The Intendant’s lodging House

In the South of Loiret, Karinne and Patrick welcome you in the former Intendant’s lodging of the Vaizerie Castle. You have an own garden with terrace in the shade of a wisteria. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available. An organic garden with aromatic plants and seasonal vegetables is also reserved for the cottage. Among family or between friends, come to discover the flavors and the heritage of Giennois, High Berry and Pays Fort Sancerrois, near the Sologne region.

"Chez Sophie" Longhouse for 6/8 people.

Offering an exceptional setting in the heart of Pays Fort, close to Sologne, the "Chez Sophie" gîte is a haven of peace close to Vailly sur Sauldre (7 km), Aubigny sur Nère (10 min), Sancerre (20 min), La Borne (potter village 20 min away) without forgetting the omnipresent forest, that of Ivoy and its Château de la Verrerie 5 min away. Ideal for relaxing, you will stay in a completely renovated Longère, located at the end of a small communal road without traffic.

L'écrin boisé – Cabin with hot tub

Need a break for two? Head to Burgundy, 1.5 hours from Paris. Our cabin with private spa will allow you to recharge your batteries in the countryside. A few kilometers from Toucy and its market but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the Château de St-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more. From the cottage, you can go for a walk directly in the vineyard. During your stay, we will be happy to organize a tasting of our Sancerres as well as a visit to our cellar.
