At the end of a path, there are two houses, one of which is under construction (no work planned for rentals) We rent one of the houses with an area of 120 m2. It consists of a large living space downstairs with living room, kitchen and dining and an office area with a trundle bed (comfortable thanks to the box spring and mattress) Two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. A beautiful grounds with swimming pool and pond complete this place. A quiet, green harbor of peace. 15 minutes from Sancerre and 2 hours from Paris.

O'gite Sancerrois

Fully renovated, self-contained accommodation nestled between vineyards and forests. The starting point for walks in the vineyards and forests is right by the gîte. House ideally located in a wine-growing village (18) in the heart of the Sancerre region, 5 km from the Loire cycle route. Village church listed as a historic monument. Tour of the wineries with tasting, 200 metres from the cottage. A connection for an electric/hybrid car is available on request for a fee of €10 per day.

Ideal for relaxing, you will stay in a completely renovated Longère, located at the end of a small communal road without traffic.

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family in the heart of a wine village of Sancerrois. It is located within the wine estate, in the village of Verdigny at the foot of Sancerre; 5 min drive from Saint-Satur, a small village that has all the shops and its leisure area (banks of the Loire, tennis, canoeing, Loire by bike...). Gite for 5 people: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, 1 living room, 1 equipped kitchen and an outdoor area.

On the island: an enchanting place to "pause"

This master house shares its courtyard with an oil mill in Donzy and its charm will not leave you indifferent. It is majestically situated on the river. We recently renovated it, preserving its authenticity and character, it will be ideal for a few days with family or friends, close to Pouilly and Sancerre, close to the Château de Guédelon. 5 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a friendly living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 beautiful terraces. The Berry Night Owl

Between Bourges and Gien, the La Bouinotte du Berry gîte is ideal for recharging your batteries in the heart of nature. This is an accommodation for 8 with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with single beds. You can enjoy WIFI, a kitchen with dishwasher, oven and small appliances, as well as a terrace with barbecue and a raclette machine. Linens and towels will be provided. You can discover hikes, vineyards, castles and enjoy a meadow for your horses.

Charming accommodation Rated 4 stars by the tourist office, suitable for 6 people, family, friends, co-workers... The house has a living room with a seating area (sofa bed), dining area with open kitchen. On the ground floor, one bedroom with double bed, one bathroom (shower and toilet). Upstairs a large bathroom (double sink, shower and toilet), a large bedroom double bed with desk area. A lounge area for reading and games.

Waterfront

2 hours from Paris, 15 minutes from Aubigny-Sur-Nère, discover this cottage on the edge of a private pond in the heart of nature. You will be alone to have this water point on a partially fenced plot. The chalet has all the necessary comforts, hot water, shower, dry toilet, kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, etc., but without wifi or television (4G for diehards). Pets are also welcome.
