It consists of a large living space downstairs with living room, kitchen and dining and an office area with a trundle bed (comfortable thanks to the box spring and mattress) Two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. A beautiful grounds with swimming pool and pond complete this place. A quiet, green harbor of peace. 15 minutes from Sancerre and 2 hours from Paris.

Charming little house, perfect for a peaceful getaway between Berry and Sologne. Enjoy a sunny terrace, a peaceful setting and all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay. Just 20 minutes from Sancerre and its vineyards and 15 minutes from Aubigny-sur-Nère, this is the perfect base for exploring the region, its scenery and its cuisine. Fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, bed linen provided, free parking and a grocery shop nearby. Ideal for a weekend away as a couple or a nature break away from the hustle and bustle.

In the South of Loiret, Karinne and Patrick welcome you in the former Intendant’s lodging of the Vaizerie Castle. You have an own garden with terrace in the shade of a wisteria. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available. An organic garden with aromatic plants and seasonal vegetables is also reserved for the cottage. Offering an exceptional setting in the heart of Pays Fort, close to Sologne, the "Chez Sophie" gîte is a haven of peace close to Vailly sur Sauldre (7 km), Aubigny sur Nère (10 min), Sancerre (20 min), La Borne (potter village 20 min away) without forgetting the omnipresent forest, that of Ivoy and its Château de la Verrerie 5 min away. Ideal for relaxing, you will stay in a completely renovated Longère, located at the end of a small communal road without traffic.

We also provide the household linen, the necessary to start your stay (toilet paper, oil, sugar, salt, etc ...) cleaning is also included in the service (except kitchen area).

Need a break for two? Head to Burgundy, 1.5 hours from Paris. Our cabin with private spa will allow you to recharge your batteries in the countryside. A few kilometers from Toucy and its market but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the Château de St-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more. Just a few steps from the ruins of Château-Gaillard, this historic 180 m² townhouse offers a warm and peaceful setting, blending old-world charm with modern comfort: a monumental fireplace, Louis XIII staircase, dressed stone, lime plaster, terracotta tiles and a remarkable timber frame. Dating from 1550 and part of Châtillon-sur-Loire’s architectural heritage, it has been fully renovated for a relaxing stay in the Loire Valley.
