Lovely village house, East Pyrenees

This quaint village house is located high up in the pretty hillside village of Rodes. Rodes rests in the Languedoc Roussillon/Pyrenees-Orientales region of France where Mount Canigou dominates the skyline. A 30 minute drive takes you to Perpignan and the stunning Mediterranean coast. The house has breath taking views of Mount Canigou from the rooftop terrace and can comfortably sleep up to 4 persons. It has a private garage, free WIFI and two bikes available for guests to use. On the ground floor is the walk through garage and a utility area with a washing machine. The two bedrooms are on the first floor. The 2nd floor offers open plan living with a fully equipped kitchen and an area for relaxing and eating. From here you access the sunny outdoor terrace and the mezzanine bathroom. The house and the area are perfect for a relaxing get away from it all holiday. Nearby is a village shop and easy access to the main road between Perpignan and Andorra. The village of Vinca is within walking distance and you can swim, relax and sunbathe on the shores of the crystal clear lake. Maison Mimosa is located in an exceptionally picturesque area ideal for walking and mountain biking as well as a visit to the world reknowned hot springs at Thomas Les Bains. During the winter season, the nearest slopes are just a 45 minute drive away. The 50 euros rate per night is negotiable dependent on number of guests, number if nights booked and the season. The small house

Enjoy a stylish 35 m2 accommodation close to shops in the Aspres, 5 min walk to Thuir. It offers one bedroom (140 bed) and a sofa bed. Ideally located in the Catalan hinterland, you are close to nature, 25 minutes from the beaches and 15 minutes from Perpignan. Also on the Roussillon Wine Route. Newly renovated, the cottage is located at the back of a main house and has a private exterior still a bit under construction which explains its low price.

Very nice new house with unique amenities in a quiet subdivision, 130 m2 of living space , fully equipped kitchen, master suite with walk-in shower. Living room 60m2 South facing terrace 1 bedroom with 160/190 bed 1 bedroom with 140/190 bed 1 bedroom with clac-clac 5 minutes from the very dynamic city center with all shops . 15 min from Spain 20 minutes from the beaches Note that there is no washing machine but a laundromat nearby.
