There are so many good things about this places - great location, close to BTS and close to express bus stop, there is a 7-11 in the building and even a night market nearby. The common areas in the building was well equiped and well maintained. The host is helpful, responsive and proactive. AC, water pressure and wifi was also great. A few things we wished we knew - the couch is not the one in the pictures. It was in pretty bad shape and extremely uncomfortable. We ended up just sitting on the floor mostly - There is a shooting range nearby that can be a little noisy during the day 10am-5pm. You are still on a high floor so it didn't bother us much Overall, the place is excellent with great location and host. And is great value for what we paid for

Both Nantaphorn and Amornsukh were so friendly and helpful throughout my stay at this place. They are extremely supportive and will be with you any time you need. Also they quickly response to any of your queries. The place is soo clean, quiet and peaceful. It is well equipped with all your required stuff to live in. Super fast internet, Working area, Laundry facility, a Restaurant, Private gym and Pool..so much things.. 7-11 is located and ground floor where you can but almost everything you need. So convenient to anyone. It was more like a home to me. Highly Recommending this place to anyone who is looking for a peaceful, beautiful and stress free location to stay. Thank you so much.

This home is perfect for small groups or families, offering clean, comfortable living spaces and excellent amenities. Coffee and breakfast spot just around the corner, 24h 7/11 less than 10 minutes walk. The house was spotless at check-in, featuring fast internet. The beds were comfortable, and an aircon in every room was a lifesaver. The outdoor space truly stood out, with lush front and back lawns and a charming garden. A mango tree shades a bench overlooking the water—a peaceful spot to watch locals pass by on boats. Por, the host, was exceptional! He invited me for a cycling trip, where we saw monkeys, lizards, and even saw some locals racing their boats. The city is 30-45 minutes away by car (longer during peak hours). Scooters and bicycles are great alternatives to beat traffic. Fu Mala, the restaurant next door, serves great food with craft and bottled beers and the staff there are legends. Highly recommend this unique stay for anyone seeking comfort, nature, and local culture!

Nice condo located in a non-touristy neighborhood, at walking distance from the BTS station. Clean and bright with a beautiful view. The condo feels secure with multiple layers of security. There is a convenience store next to the condo and a 7-Eleven in front of the BTS station as well as a big supermarket inside the shopping mall one BTS stop away. The apartment is fully equipped for longer stays: kitchen, fridge, washing machine, etc. Having a small gym inside the condo was convenient. A bit far from the city center, but the BTS takes you there in no time. The only con was that it was located next to a noisy highway, but overall I really enjoyed my stay here.
