The home is on South Funen, and can be used year-round From May to September, you can book 6 people. From October-April, the house is intended for 4 people as the 2 beds are in the unheated annex. Genuine holiday fun. 200 meters to child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing, including trout and mackerel. the price is excl. linen, cloths, dish towels, towels. This can be purchased for 75,- (10 euros) extra / person. Please let us know when booking if the linen package is desired. (Annex with two beds is for summer use only)

There is direct access to the forest, where you can enjoy Svendborgsund in a 5-minute walk and a 15-minute walk to the swimming area by the strait. The house is a 10-minute bike ride from Svendborg city center. The house is a detached house, next to the main house, where the hosts live. The house has two bedrooms, a large bathroom and living room with a smaller, but fully functional kitchen. TV with Apple TV. 5 min. walk to shopping, where you can charge your electric car.

Welcome to our newly constructed house by the sea – literally, just a few steps away from the clear waters of Svendborg Sound. This idyllic and spacious property (94 sq. meters on two floors) has unobstructed views of the south Funen archipelago – in fact, nature is your only and closest neighbor. Treat yourself to a few days away from it all! All beds will be made for your arrival. We supply crisp white linen and fresh towels (beach towels too) for all our guests.
